Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTION SPONSOR: The sponsor of this giveaway (“Promotion”) is Hot Voyage Floating Sauna Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 3012 Murray Street, Port Moody, BC V3H 1X2. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or its parent company, Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on September 28, 2025, at the time the giveaway post is published, and ends at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on December 23, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, you must perform the following actions during the Promotion Period:
a) Follow the official Hot Voyage Instagram account: @hotvoyagesauna.
b) “Like” the official giveaway announcement post.
c) Tag friends in the comments section of the post. Each friend must be tagged in a separate comment. You may tag up to eleven (11) friends.
Each unique and separate comment tagging a different friend counts as one (1) entry. All tagged friends must also be following @hotvoyagesauna at the time of the prize redemption to be eligible to participate as guests.
5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) private, two-hour sauna boat session for themselves and up to eleven (11) guests (total of 12 participants).
- Redemption Period: The prize must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date the winner is announced.
- Booking Window: The prize session can only be booked for a date between Monday and Thursday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- Blackout Dates: The prize cannot be redeemed on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) or on any statutory holidays.
- Availability: All bookings are subject to vessel and captain availability.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 23, 2025, using a certified random comment picker tool (https://views4you.com/tools/instagram-giveaway-picker/).
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and tagged in an announcement post. Before being declared the winner, the potential winner must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
The potential winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours and complete all required steps. If the potential winner fails to respond, fails the skill-testing question, or is found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize, and the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate potential winner.
7. CONDITIONS OF WINNING & PARTICIPATION:
As a condition of prize redemption, the winner and EVERY GUEST in their party must:
a) Be nineteen (19) years of age or older and provide government-issued ID upon request.
b) Individually sign the mandatory Hot Voyage Participant Agreement, Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risks at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
c) Agree to and abide by the full Terms of Service found at hotvoyage.ca.
Failure by the winner or any guest to comply with these conditions will result in forfeiture of their participation.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name and/or Instagram handle for promotional purposes, including in the winner announcement post, without further compensation.
9. GENERAL RELEASE: By entering, all participants release the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, and Instagram from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, or the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded.
10. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
