- Visual & Audio Media: Photographs or video recordings may be taken during charters for promotional purposes, subject to the consent terms outlined in our Terms of Service and Liability Waiver.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and cookies collected automatically when you visit our website for analytics and functionality.
