This document outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your personal data collected by Hot Voyage through our Facebook Page and any integrated services (such as our booking platform).
At Hot Voyage, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. You may request that we delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

Send an email to our support team at info@hotvoyage.ca.

Use the following subject line for your email: "Facebook Data Deletion Request".

In the body of the email, please include the following information so we can verify your identity and locate your data:
- Your full name.
- The email address you used to book a trip or communicate with us.
- The date of your last booking (if applicable).
Our Deletion Process

Verification: Once we receive your request, we will first take steps to verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion of data.

Processing: After verification, we will process your request. We will permanently and irrevocably delete all personal data we have collected about you from our systems. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any past communications.

Limitations: Please note that we may be required to retain certain information for legal or financial purposes. For example:
- We must retain transaction records for a specific period to comply with Canadian tax and accounting laws.
- If you have an active, upcoming booking, we cannot delete your data until after your trip is complete.
- Any data that has been fully anonymized and aggregated for statistical purposes is not considered personal data and will not be deleted.

Confirmation: We will notify you by email once your data has been successfully deleted. This process will be completed within 30 days of receiving your verified request.
Please Note: This process will only delete the data held by Hot Voyage. It will not delete any data held by Facebook on its own platform. To manage your data on Facebook, you must use the tools and settings provided within your Facebook account.
